I have stayed in NOLA several times and your hotel has been my favorite!!! I have traveled all over the U.S. and Europe so I was very impressed with everyone. All of your Front Desk staff were knowledgeable, kind and helpful! The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Keep up the good work!!! Your hotel is in a great location, close enough to everything in the Quarter, but quiet enough to relax! I was very happy with the price, internet access, the room and the continental breakfast. The only recommendation I would make is to create a hotel binder with hotel information (internet access code, Stella information, continental breakfast times, etc.
