I have to say this was one of the most pleasant experiences staying at your hotel. The staff (Jerome) was extremely friendly when calling with questions prior to our arrival and very helpful. When we arrived at your hotel, we were greeted with a smile and check-in was very pleasant. Your staff member Terry was very polite and we were grateful to have his assistance with our luggage, he also provided us with general information as far as dining places, which we ate at both places he suggested and loved them both. Thank you Jerome for letting us know about the Quarter Marster (that was a life saver at 2am). We were very pleased with our stay and will return to your hotel on our next visit. We would gladly recommend you to our friends/family for all future trips to New Orleans. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Stella's on Valentines Day where my boyfriend surprised me with a beautiful engagement ring. The meal was fantastic as was the staff. We truely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in 2012!!!
