Since Hurricane Katrina, I've stayed at the Provincial at least twice a year, for several days. I've recommended it to friends too. I am always impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the helfulness of the staff-most of whom I've seen since my first stay. I like to think that people continue to work there because it indicates employees are well treated. I look forward to staying with again this summer.
