This was our second stay at the Provincial. Totally enjoyed ourselves. We ate at Stella! both times. Out of this world. This was my second trip so that I could take my eldest daughter down to experience NOLA and also Stella!, that myself and youngest daughter visited in 2010. We particularly enjoyed the uniqueness of the food and presentation of the different dishes. #1 on our list was the frozen bowl of ice creams. We are still trying to duplicate at home.
