I can't remember front desk employee's name. Was very helpful morning of Mardi Gras Marathon. Called for taxi for myself and several other runners at 5:30am. Arranged for several of us to share a cab. Hotel was nice. Location was great. Price was better than expected for French Quarter Hotel. Family suite room was great. Difficult for family of five to find reasonable hotel in great location. We really enjoyed our trip. Want to stay there again when pool opens. Thanks.
