We really looked forward to returing to the Provincial. The people make the hotel and we felt like we were among friends. Both stays we were treated like valued guests. The folks at the front desk, the valet guys and the housekeeping staff were wonderful. Our only regret is not planning to return to next year's CCC so we can again stay at the Provincial. Whenever we do return, we plan on booking with the HP. Because of our experience, I'm going to sign up for "net special" and we just may run on down there sooner rather than later.
