My wife and I just returned home after a excellent one week stay at the Hotel Provincial. The place is a sheer joy from staff friendliness and concern for guest’s comfort to providing information about all things NOLA. There was the sensation of having a home away from home instead of feeling like a customer. Special thanks go to Trudy who understood our needs almost better than we did, as well as the assorted front desk crew, valets, and housekeepers; always friendly, at all times polite, and unfailingly helpful. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else on our next trip to New Orleans.
