The hotel was great - much better than expected and the entire staff - every single person I dealt with - Front Desk, bellman, housekeeping, pool service, etc. was friendly, professional, organized, etc. Really much better than most so called 5 star hotels. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are pleasant. The bathroom was a little dark and cramped (and I don't like carpet in sink areas) but it was clean.
