Sherlane and David are exceptional employees. Sherlane helped us check in early and gave excellent directions and advice, and David was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the area. He helped to get us settled. Both were friendly and courteous and professional. I can see why this hotel gets high marks on Trip Advisor. We plan to come back and stay when in NOLA again.
