I was meeting up with friends in New Orleans they insisted I stay at this hotel because it is their favorite (best location, safe environment, great hospitality) I booked my room through expedia and the day before arrival my mother had a massive heart attack and is hospitalized. Provincial had no problem refunding the full amount and when my friends arrived they told them to let me know when "my mama was feeling better to please come visit". I am now a loyal customer and any visit I make to New Orleans I will be staying here!
