Our group was very impressed with your hotel and staff. At one point, my new mother-in-law was looking for a diet coke and someone from your staff (I wish I knew her name)went to get her one. She has repeated this story of kindness to many friends and relatives all over the country. It made quite an impression on her. My new father-in-law was equally impressed with the valet who parked cars by himself on Sunday, July 18th. I don't know his name, but my father-in-law did. The desk clerk who checked us out on the 17th was a doll and VERY helpful. My guests were treated to real Southern hospitality and a trip to New Orleans that they will never forget. Thank you!
