Dec. 2, 2015 : The Provincial is an awesome little hotel that borders Decatur (Parade Route). My sister and I originally booked 3 nights but had to cut our stay short and the hotel was awesome about adjusting our itinerary. We had a balcony room that overlooked the French Market and Decatur street....the ambiance was phenomenal and the room was very clean and tidy...I'd definitely stay here again.

Dec. 2, 2015 : Great location in the French Quarter. Near Jackson Square and many other attractions. Close to public transportation (street car station). Off street parking in a secure lot. The service was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. The building we were in was near the back, so it was very quiet. Thank you for a very nice stay in New Orleans!

Nov. 30, 2015 : I used to live around the corner and wanted to stay in the quiet section of the quarter. I return to NOLA several times a year. The Provinical will now be my residence when in the city. The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was fantastic. Our room overlooking the courtyard was quiet and spacious. I've stayed in most of the 4 and 5 star hotels in the quarter. Provinical Hotel is New Orleans!

Nov. 30, 2015 : My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this establishment. This is an exceptional property managed/operated by some extremely professional, friendly, and responsive staff. The bar area was quaint and the Bloody Mary awesome. The rooms were very clean, well maintained, and perfect for sleeping in. The location was perfect for getting anywhere on foot quickly [two blocks from Bourbon St. and around the corner from the market]. We utilized the airport shuttle and therefore did not need to rent a vehicle for our four days of relaxation. If I return to NO, I will always stay at this location. For those who love oysters, go to Acme and Dragos (Hilton Riverside Hotel) and get the charbroiled version

Nov. 19, 2015 : I have stayed here several times while visiting New Orleans. It is extremely convenient to all the attractions yet far enough away not to be bombarded with the noise when it's time to go to bed! Staff has always been extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms have always been very clean and comfortable. I will always give them a first shot when I travel to New Orleans.

Nov. 18, 2015 : We loved this accommodation. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate and the ambiance exactly what one could wish for in New Orleans. We could leave our room and walk two blocks in either direction to Bourbon Street, Decatur Street, the Cafe DuMonde. Perfect.

Nov. 17, 2015 : Hotel Provincial was a very nice quaint hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect within the French Quarter just a couple blocks in between Jackson Square and Frenchmans Street where we thoroughly enjoyed the bars and bands! Our room was very nice & clean & the bed quite comfortable! The onsite restaurant, Angeline, was very good both for breakfast and dinner. The onsite bar was a nice place to enjoy a couple cocktails before dinner too! The grounds were well-kept with pretty courtyards, pools, & fountains. We would definitely recommend Hotel Provincial!

Nov. 16, 2015 : Only 3 blocks from Jackson Square and 1 block from the French Market, the location is ideal. Three blocks from Bourbon street but with out the noise, a block from the trolley connection at the Market as well. Very nice staff. Out of 5 different trips to NoLa this is by far the best hotel (better than both Hilton Hotels)

Nov. 16, 2015 : Outstanding, wonderful service, great rooms, real New Orleans experience. from check in to valet awesome service. Try the bar, the bartender has some great stories and local drinks.Everything is in walking distance don't miss out on Irene's down the block.

Nov. 16, 2015 : Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend it....rooms are extremely comfortable (especially the beds), the service is excellent and location in the French Quarter very convenient. Looking forward to staying there again on my next visit!!

Nov. 16, 2015 : My husband and I visited New Orleans for pleasure, and time and again we thanked ourselves for choosing Hotel Provincial. After long days of roaming the city, seeing the sights and experiencing the loud excitement of the French Quarter, we got to retire to the peaceful, quiet elegance of our hotel. We were astounded to find that so much noise from the city's nightlife could fade into such a calm as we would turn onto Rue Chartres and approach our hotel. The staff was friendly, the valet service was irreplaceable, and the room felt as though we were transported back in time. We enjoyed getting a drink from the hotel bar and sitting in the quiet elegance of the hotel courtyard next to the fountain. This hotel truly made us enjoy our stay in New Orleans!

Nov. 12, 2015 : Comfortable and quiet, close enough to everything be convenient but not so close that it's loud or hectic. Great hurricanes they claim to be the best in the quarter and I must concur that is an accurate statement!! Staff was great and the room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Nov. 9, 2015 : This hotel was fabulous, starting with the staff! Sherlane welcomed us warmly though we were 4 hours early for check in, and called us when room was ready. Terry kindly secured our luggage for us prior to check in, giving us a great overview of the French Quarter, and a wonderful introduction to the room when it was available. Twanda and Dee were so friendly, informative and funny when we met them late one night upon return. The hotel is so charming! Beautiful outdoor space! Location can't be beat! Had a river view and were able to hear the street musicians from our room. Can't wait to return to this hotel and this room!!!

Nov. 8, 2015 : Enjoyed our stay from Sept. 10th thru Sept 15th. Very pleased with overall atmosphere. Great staff. Sharlayne was magnificent as was David. We were promptly accommodated with tours and any type of information needed. The hotel is close to French Quarter and within walking distance of many sights. Trolley not far away .40 for senior citizens otherwise 2.00. Lovely courtyard and bar. The continental breakfast was not available during our stay, but we did have coffee ready in the mornings which I was elected to fetch and bring to room #200. Three ladies on the town. Irene's down the street had superb food. Beautiful beds and pillows, nice sleep. Very quaint. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend it.
