Dec. 26, 2016 : We have stayed at the Provincial many times, often for anniversary around August 1, or for the Christmas Caroling in the Square or just a fun trip to New Orleans. We enjoyed the new set up in the lobby, the bar, etc. In the room, the new bath room updates were very good.

Dec. 22, 2016 : New orleans is like my second home and I can't believe I've never stayed here before! Everyone that works here is super friendly and helpful, went over for a night and ended up staying two! I will most likely stay here everytime we are over there, next time I want to stay in building 5!

Dec. 21, 2016 : The Hotel Provincial is located in the perfect spot for being anywhere you want to be quickly in the French Quarter. We had a wonderful stay. Our room overlooked the river, bridge, garden area, and we watched the street car go bye; it was amusing. I always felt safe because the valet parking men were always watching out for my car and for me too.

Dec. 15, 2016 : As stated by others, this Hotel is located in the French Quarter. It is close enough to walk to all the sites and sounds of the Quarter, including Bourbon Street, great restaurants, Jackson Square, Louis Armstrong Park and also Frenchmen Street. While close it provides a respite from the action when needed. You can also relax and have a drink in The Ice House Bar (located in the Hotel) or you can start to party early and make some new acquaintances. The rooms are comfortable and clean and the staff are friendly with great local knowledge

Dec. 14, 2016 : Clean, beautiful, and quaint. It was nice and quiet from the Bourbon Street craziness, but still a quick walk away if you want that. The Icehouse bar and Angeline restaurant were amazing. Nice staff, and cool courtyards. Thanks so much

Dec. 13, 2016 : Our stay was very pleasant! Very friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

Dec. 13, 2016 : I go to New Orleans on business quite often and prefer to stay in the French Quarter. This is the first time I stayed here and I am not disappointed. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

Dec. 13, 2016 : This lovely boutique hotel is steps away from the 24/7 bustle of the French Quarter but secluded enough to be a peaceful retreat. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and accommodating, particularly Brandon who greeted us everyday with a smile and a kind word! His professionalism and genuine approach to customer service were a highlight of the trip. The rooms were comfortable and the property was charming, complete with small enclosed courtyards, fountains, and even a swimming pool. I would stay here again. It offers everything you are looking for in a French Quarter hotel.

Dec. 12, 2016 : Our stay at the Hotel Provincial in New Orleans for Thanksgiving 2016 was wonderful and the staff outstanding, but I'd like to single out the The Front Desk Staff who went above and beyond to help me. My husband and I left early on a Saturday morning after Thanksgiving on our drive back to New Mexico. It wasn't until late the next day that I remembered that I'd left my laptop computer in the safe of our room. (In my defense, I am a bit elderly and forgetful, but this was really stupid....) I immediately called the Front Desk. The gentleman who answered, Jerome Ross, could not have been more helpful. He told me that the room had been rented out the night we left, but he'd go up and check as it was then empty. He went up, found the computer and called me right back. Jerome kept the computer safe that night. I called the next morning and spoke with the Front Desk Manager, Kenny Levine. He and other staff assured me the computer would be packed appropriately and sent out by FedEx ASAP. Indeed, it arrived at my house the day after we arrived back home, packed beautifully and completely intact. All's well that ends well... So many thanks to the Hotel and its efficient and kind staff. One could not ask for more. Bonne Beavers New Mexico

Dec. 6, 2016 : Great customer service

Dec. 6, 2016 : Hotel Provincial was a beautiful and quaint hotel conveniently located near the French market in the French Quarter. It was very quiet and the staff was exceptionally friendly. We especially liked Brandon, the valet, who always had a smile on his face and made us feel more like friends than guests. It was nice to know that our car was safe in the parking lot and not on the street. We walked everywhere from our hotel. Shopping, dining, Jackson Square and the river were all within minutes. I loved being in the quarter without all of the noise. The hotel had both a restaurant and bar and our room had a fridge. The courtyard and pool were nice and relaxing. A great place to start your day with coffee or tea outside or chill in the afternoon before dinner. I would stay at HoPro again. Perfectly lovely

Dec. 5, 2016 : Wonderful staff. Very close, within walking distance to great restaurants and French Quarter sites. We highly recommend this hotel. It has New Orleans charm.

Nov. 28, 2016 : I loved staying at this hotel for my first-time New Orleans stay! It was charming, had great customer service, and it was so close great eateries and sites!

Nov. 28, 2016 : It's a very clean and pretty Hotel in The french quarter but a nice quiet spot with a lovely courtyard. I highly recommend as well as the staff are fantastic. Family run gem!...

Nov. 23, 2016 : Based on the reviews here, we chose to spend the weekend at Hotel Provincial. Only two blocks from Bourbon Street, about the same to Cafe du Monde and the French Market, and easy walking distance to Frenchmen Street, this place is the perfect base camp for all your needs. While our room was small, it was comfortable, and who goes to New Orleans to hang around in their rooms anyway! Two very cool pools on site, and a quiet comfortable courtyard as well. The staff are exceptional and most friendly. This stay was a large part of how much we enjoyed our visit to the Crescent City. We'll definitely be back.
