Oct. 20, 2014 : I have stayed in New Orleans for many years. I had never stayed here before but was looking for a hotel that had it's own onsite parking. I did not want my car driven blocks away to park. The hotel has it's own parking and valet attendant, who took special care with my new car, to put it in a very safe location. The entry was great. You pull up and get out. The rest is taken care of by a valet. Our room was over a very nice courtyard and had two beds, sofa, desk, chest, two chairs and coffee table. Great light from three sets of French doors. I was very pleased with our room and found everyone there nice and pleasant. There was a morning breakfast buffet which was fine. I find it hard to eat a morning buffet like this when there are so many fine restaurants in which to eat. Good start with coffee though. Very close to French Market and only about three blocks to Jackson Square. Irene's restaurant is on the corner and is an outstanding place to eat. I'll certainly stay here again.

Oct. 16, 2014 : My husband and good friends of ours spent a long weekend in New Orleans last weekend at the Provincial. We go to NOLA at least once a year and this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. It was nice, rooms are larger then most rooms in the French Quarter, we would stay there again. Very classic New Orleans feel to it, cute courtyards and lots of history. Good distance to all the main sites in the Quarter.

Oct. 15, 2014 : This hotel is beautiful, traditional and right in the French Quarter. The street itself is quite and peaceful, Walking to anything in the quarter is easy! The rooms are charming and quite clean, and the staff is very responsive to any request. We even had a medical emergency that required a late checkout on a busy day and the hotel was still able to help us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Oct. 14, 2014 : We stay in New Orleans about 3-4 times a year. I'm only interested in French Quarter hotels and we have stayed in about 10 different ones. This place is my hands down favorite. Accessible, clean, friendly staff, rooms I don't feel claustrophobic in, a great pool, a great bar and best of all reasonable rates.

Oct. 7, 2014 : This was my second time staying at the Provincial. It is a perfect hotel in the French Quarter as it is close to the French Market, French Cafe, and Cafe Du Monde. Close to Jackson Square and pharmacies. Less than 2 blocks from the Moon Walk along the Mississippi. Rooms are very clean and well taken care of since this is a family owned hotel. They have an excellent continental breakfast. The haunted house tours stop at the hotel in the evening but I didn't have any encounters with ghosts. Also, they have the best Hurricane in the Ice House Bar and I tried them in several places.

Oct. 6, 2014 : Great location. Great staff, in particular Eiteinne and David. Best Hurricane for Sure. This place is in the BEST Area Of the quarter . close to Frenchman where the best music is at! Plus You Can easily walk the entire Quarter from this Location and go back to the quiet provincial!

Oct. 6, 2014 : A wonderful hotel with all the ambiance expected when staying in the French Quarter. Room was an absolute delight with its antique decor and the bed and bedding we're incredible. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking around the French Quarter. Our room was located at the back and was concerned about the noise level but didn't hear any outside noises. Slept soundly

Sep. 24, 2014 : We stayed from 8th -15th Sept 14. The Provincial is well located for exploring the French Quarter and New Orleans in general. Our room was in block 5 and was very comfortable. Charline was friendly and helpful, Etienne was knowledgeable and Isreal was a gem when we were informed of a short notice change to our flight time, he arranged a taxi at very short notice. THANK YOU. We would definitely recommend the Provincial.

Sep. 24, 2014 : I had a wonderful time during my stay at Hotel Provincial. The continental breakfasts were the best I've ever had, the courtyard, pool, and rooms are beautiful, and very clean. Security is top-notch. The hotel bar is nice, and the bartender is very friendly--fun place to hang out. Easy walking to everything and back late at night. Will most likely stay here every time I am in New Orleans! Loved this hotel!

Sep. 23, 2014 : Really enjoyed this hotel fantastic location

Sep. 22, 2014 : This hotel is a hidden gem!!. It is in the French Quarter, close to everything and so quaint. It is a place of calm off of the main drags yet close to everything you might want to do. All the employees are Great - helpful, get you discounts and recommend good places to eat. The rooms look recently redone and the beds were extremely comfortable. The only negative is the breakfast if you are looking for scrambled eggs, bacon, or pancakes. But they do have cereal, toast, yogurt, bagels and of course coffee and tea. I will definitely stay here again next time - It was so quaint, cozy, quiet and charming.

Sep. 22, 2014 : The Hotel Provincial has beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds, with wonderful upgrades to the bathrooms. Very friendly front desk staff, who always were eager to be helpful. Increased nightly security made us feel that their patrons safety was of the up-most importance. We loved the new addition to the front lobby (Ice House Bar), and the new blend of coffee was a big surprise! We have highly recommended this hotel to friends and family, and we will continue to book here in the future. (This was our third stay at this hotel!)

Sep. 18, 2014 : Our party consisted of two couples for 4 nights. We all really enjoyed the hotel. Our rooms were very accommodating, the staff was fantastic, the location was easy. The staff helped us pick and book tours we were interested in and could answer any question we asked. James, the bartender is amazing. Not only can he make great drinks, he is a wealth of knowledge about the area, its current attractions and its history. We enjoyed the pools and used the wifi frequently. The location is great - easy to get to frenchmen street, bourbon street, the french market, the cooking school, and our tour picked us up at the hotel. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

Sep. 18, 2014 : We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The bartenders are great, too. We wanted a traditional French Quarter hotel and feel we got exactly that. The ghost tours stop outside because there is supposedly a ghost in the hotel. You can walk anywhere in the French Quarter from the location and if you're going outside the FQ, the street car line is really close. I highly recommend this place. We will definitely stay here again.

Sep. 10, 2014 : We have stayed at the Hotel Provincial at half a dozen times and it just keeps getting better. They are constantly improving the rooms with fancier bathrooms and better tv's. The parking is on site so it is easy to get items from your car. They have two courtyard pools plus an additional courtyard for sitting. The breakfast is good and they have a cozy bar on site. The best part is the location: in the French Quarter near Jackson Square. You will not be disappointed, we will always stay here on future stays.
