Feb. 23, 2016 : Great hotel, we had a quiet room overlooking a courtyard. You forget you're in New Orleans! Room was clean and modern, while courtyards were quaint and inviting. I felt as though we were on a movie set. I would highly recommend.
Feb. 22, 2016 : Hotel was awesome. Loved the old building. We had the Petite Suite...2 double beds, couch, 3 chairs. Very comfortable and plenty of room. Room and bathroom very modern. Staff very helpful and friendly. Whole area was very clean. Loved the squeaky steps going up. Close to everything in the French Quarter....able to walk to all. Valet parking but liked that the parking lot was at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.
Feb. 22, 2016 : My three friends and I stayed here for Mardi Gras (Saturday - Wednesday) this year, and it was great. The rooms are regular sized, we didn't have a view (but we also didn't pay for one since we were rarely in the room), and was great for four people. We stayed in the Standard Double. The hospitality was great - from the front desk staff to the Valet, we just felt appreciated the entire stay. Housekeeping made sure we always had enough towels and toiletries, which is some times a struggle when dealing with four people to a room. We didn't even have to ask though, they were on top of it. The hotel is 2 blocks from Bourbon St and one block from Decatur and the Mississippi River - tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping right in your little bubble.
Feb. 19, 2016 : Perfect location! If you are looking for a boutique hotel close to both Frenchmen Street and the Quarter, this hotel is a winner. The Angeline, the restaurant located in the hotel, had the best breakfast I ate the entire trip and the staff was extremely friendly.
Feb. 18, 2016 : All the staff at the Hotel Provincial were friendly, accommodating and the rooms were very nice. The location is great and the overall hotel grounds were beautiful; truly authentic New Orleans. Highly recommend staying here!
Feb. 18, 2016 : Great hotel! Service was top notch, and the bar was great. Fantastic bartender.
Feb. 15, 2016 : We live North of the city but make a trip one, or two times a year. This was our first time staying at this Hotel as we like to change it up each time we visit. VERY nice experience, everything was perfect
Feb. 15, 2016 : The hotel was amazing, the customer service was incredible, the rooms were spacious and very clean. My favorite part was the bed. Extremely comfortable! ! Thank you for the hospitality. I will be back.
Feb. 15, 2016 : What a lovely hotel. Our room was above the restaurant Angeline. We had a beautiful balcony fronting Chartres, which is the route the horse drawn carriages take. So charming hearing the clip-clop coming down the road. The large room was furnished with beautiful antiques, but the bath was very modern. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is close to everything. We will return.
Feb. 15, 2016 : Excellent service, rooms very clean, food was very good in the restaurant. Very convenient for parking and location within the French Quarter. Walking distance to Jackson Square was comfortable. Rooms were quiet, WiFi available.
Feb. 10, 2016 : The entire staff was AWESOME ! We'll definitely be back.
Feb. 3, 2016 : Wonderful hotel, great location, fantastic staff.
Feb. 3, 2016 : Hotel Provincial has very nice rooms at a good price. The rooms are always clean with all the expected amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. I have stayed at the Hotel Provincial eight or ten times, and have always been pleased. It is conveniently located, just a few blocks from the Cafe du Monde and Jackson Square.
Feb. 1, 2016 : An absolutely wonder experience here. From the staff to the room all was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. Our new place to return to any time we visit New Orleans. It's also nice they have on site parking which is secure and nice when you need your vehicle.
Feb. 1, 2016 : We were very pleased with our weekend stay at Hotel Provencial. All staff were very friendly and helpful from the beginning to the end. As a woman traveling with teenage girls, it was of utmost importance to feel safe and we most certainly did. We loved how close we were to Jackson Square and walked many miles around the French Quarter. We'll be back!
