Our Beloved Saints Go 12-0

In spite of what was their worst performance of the year, the New Orleans Saints pulled out a dramatic come from behind, overtime win. Perhaps it was a little divine intervention, or just being in the right place at the right time, but the Saints are in the midst of a dream season. A footnote to yesterday’s thrilling victory is that the Saints clinched the NFC South Division Title for only the fourth time in franchise history. The two final regular season home games are against Dallas on Saturday December 19 and then Tampa Bay on Sunday December 27. The final two away games are against Atlanta on Sunday December 13 and against Carolina on Sunday January 3. Help cheer on the Saints as they continue their quest for perfection. Go Saints!

Bowl Game Participants Announced

In other football news, the participants of the Sugar Bowl and New Orleans Bowl were selected yesterday. The Sugar Bowl will have the SEC runner up Florida Gators against the undefeated Cincinnati Bearcats on Friday January 1. The New Orleans Bowl will feature Middle Tennessee versus Southern Mississippi on December 20. The Hotel Provincial has plenty of space available for both football games.
